On August 23, 2019, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on the Bancorp’s common stock payable on October 3, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 27, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND

 

Munster, Indiana - - NorthWest Indiana Bancorp, the parent company for Peoples Bank, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Bancorp declared a dividend of $0.31 per share payable on October 3, 2019, with a record date of September 27, 2019.
