On March 22, 2021, Finward Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the “2020 Form 10-K”). On August 16, 2021, the Bancorp filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2021 (the “June 30, 2021 Form 10-Q”).

 

The Bancorp is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to reflect the correction of historical financial information presented in the 2020 Form 10-K. Please refer to the June 30, 2021 Form 10-Q for the correction of certain historical information as of December 31, 2020, and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020.
