Note 6 - Lease Obligations During the fourth quarter of 2011, the Bancorp entered into an agreement to lease commercial loan document preparation and credit management software under an operating lease that was set to expire in 2016. Implementation of the software is in process and no contract fees have yet been paid out during 2012. As of September 30, 2012, future minimum annual payments under this lease are expected to be as follows:
